Online orders will be processed between 2-3 business days after ordering. If for some reason this timeline cannot be upheld you will be contacted within 48 hours of placing your order and given the option to adjust your purchase.
We use USPS for shipping and you will be sent your tracking number once the package is enroute.
If you have questions about shipping or would like to add more insurance contact us through our portal.
If you have any special requests or would like to adjust shipping details add a note to your order at checkout. We will make the requested changes before sending or contact you for further details.
RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We stand firmly behind our clothing and offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to us using the label provided.

You will receive your refund, store credit, or product replacement within one business week of our receipt of your item(s).
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost and/or damaged returns will forfeit any pending refund, store credit, or product replacement. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for your return.
Hem too long? Alterations are available for all of our garments, for a small fee.
